IShellFolder2::GetDefaultSearchGUID method (shobjidl_core.h)

Returns the globally unique identifier (GUID) of the default search object for the folder.

Syntax

HRESULT GetDefaultSearchGUID(
  [out] GUID *pguid
);

Parameters

[out] pguid

Type: GUID*

The GUID of the default search object.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

Returns S_OK if successful, or a COM error value otherwise.
