IMFQualityAdvise2::NotifyQualityEvent method (mfidl.h)

Forwards an MEQualityNotify event from the media sink.

Syntax

HRESULT NotifyQualityEvent(
  [in]  IMFMediaEvent *pEvent,
  [out] DWORD         *pdwFlags
);

Parameters

[in] pEvent

A pointer to the event's IMFMediaEvent interface.

[out] pdwFlags

Receives a bitwise OR of zero or more flags from the MF_QUALITY_ADVISE_FLAGS enumeration.

Return value

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Remarks

This interface is available on Windows Vista if Platform Update Supplement for Windows Vista is installed.
