Important

ScreenSaver functionality in Themes is removed. Screen saver functionality in Group Policies, Control Panel, and Sysprep continues to be functional. Lockscreen features and policies are preferred over using ScreenSaver. We recommend using automatic power plans to dim the screen. This can help reduce system power consumption.

ScreenSaver specifies the path to a Windows screen saver file in a theme.

Screen_saver_file Specifies the name of the screen saver file. Screen_saver_file is a string with a maximum length of 256 characters.
