Verifies that the specified string does not match the regular expression. Displays a message if the assertion fails.

Parameters
- value
Type: System.String
The string that is not expected to match pattern.
- pattern
Type: System.Text.RegularExpressions.Regex
The regular expression that value is not expected to match.
- message
Type: System.String
A message to display if the assertion fails. This message can be seen in the unit test results.
