Package.IVsToolWindowFactory.CreateToolWindow Method

Creates a tool window of the specified type with the specified ID.

Parameters

• toolWindowType
  Type: System.Guid%
  Type of the window to be created.

• id
  Type: System.UInt32
  Instance ID

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
