The path to the in-process server DLL.
Remarks
In-process server Mscoree.dll DLL is used to load the version of the Common Language Runtime (CLR) needed to provide the class factory for managed objects.
InprocServerPath does not always refer to a physical path on disk. It can be a token that identifies the path at install time.
