Activates the Error List window and makes it visible.

Parameters
- disposing
Type: System.Boolean
Parameter is set to true if the task list can be disposed, that is, if the TaskProvider.TaskCollection contains tasks.
Remarks
Disposes the ErrorListProvider and sets the error list to nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
