Requests that a project stop a deployment operation.

Parameters
- fSync
Type: System.Int32
[in] Flag that is set to true if deployment should be stopped synchronously and false if it can be stopped asynchronously.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
