[in] Line index for the lines that contains the word.
- iCol
Type: System.Int32
[in] Column index for the word.
- dwFlags

- pSpan
Type: array<Microsoft.VisualStudio.TextManager.Interop.TextSpan[]
[out] Span of text identifying the word extent.
