Server-side synchronization isn't working for your mailbox

You’re trying to track email using Exchange folder tracking, but server-side synchronization isn’t working for your mailbox. Folder tracking requires that your email be synchronized using server-side synchronization. Contact your Dynamics 365 administrator for help. More information:  Find your Dynamics 365 administrator or support person

For Admins

In addition to setting up server-side synchronization, you need to make sure the synchronization method for the user’s mailbox is set to Server-Side Synchronization or Email Router for incoming email.
