Cmdlets set the Migration from Standard to premium namespace as complete and connection strings of standard namespace now point to Premium namespace

Description

The Complete-AzureRmServiceBusMigration cmdlets set the Migration from Standard to premium namespace as complete and connection strings of standard namespace now point to Premium namespace
