For every membership offer, there's a corresponding anniversary date.
Your renewal window opens on the anniversary date and closes 30 days after your anniversary date. Your benefits continue during this 30-day renewal window.
Renewal details
Microsoft Action Pack Subscription: During the renewal window (anniversary date to 30 days after the anniversary date), you can renew the subscription by paying the fee. After the renewal finishes, you receive the new set of benefits.
As of January 22, 2025, Microsoft Action Pack Subscription and Learning Action Pack Subscription new purchases and renewals are no longer available. Partners who purchased a Microsoft Action Pack Subscription or Learning Action Pack Subscription on or before January 21, 2025, continue their benefits until the expiration date. You can renew only if the anniversary date was on or before January 21, 2025.
For partners with an existing Microsoft Action Pack Subscription or Learning Action Pack Subscription, we recommend the Partner Success Core Benefits and Partner Success Expanded Benefits packages, depending on your organization's size and needs.
Partner Launch Benefits, Partner Success Core Benefits, Partner Success Expanded Benefits: During the renewal window (from the anniversary date to 30 days after the anniversary date), you can renew the subscription by paying the fee. After the renewal finishes, you receive the new set of benefits.
Solutions Partner designation: During the renewal window (the anniversary date to 30 days after the anniversary date), you can renew the subscription, if you're qualified. To learn more, see the qualification rules.
If you don't renew within your renewal window, you lose your benefits, Solutions Partner designations, and badge. Learn how to make the payment. After the renewal finishes, you receive the new set of benefits.
Note
When you renew during the renewal window, your new anniversary date is 365 days after the day when you make the payment and Microsoft receives it.
Steps to view membership renewal information
Sign in to Partner Center and select Membership.
Select Membership offers, and then select the offer that you want to purchase.
You might need to pay the membership fee to complete the process, depending on your eligibility.
