3.3.4.1 PromotedToPrimaryDomainController

If a browser server gets promoted to primary domain controller (PDC), it MUST force an election by Sending a RequestElection Frame as specified in section 3.3.5.11.

The server SHOULD continue processing as described below even if the send fails.

The server MUST assume the duties of a domain master browser, as specified in section 3.4.
