This article is for IT pros and administrators who want to learn how to configure Holidays and associated routing for use with Teams Phone Agents and Auto Attendants.
Holidays
You can use the Holidays feature to provide alternate messages and routing for callers when your organization is following a holiday schedule. For example:
- Departments that close or have an adjusted holiday schedule.
- Call queues fronted by an auto attendant that closes or has an adjusted holiday schedule.
- People who are out of office for specific dates and times.
Up to 50 holiday dates and times can be combined into a holiday set. Multiple holiday sets can be applied to a Teams Phone Agent or Auto Attendant.
