Prerequisites
Make sure your system fulfills the general prerequisites in addition to the following mobile-specific requirements.
Software requirements
iOS
- Device type: Mobile phone, tablet
- Operating system: iOS 17 or higher
Android
- Device type: Mobile phone
- Operating system: Android 13 or higher
Connectivity requirements
- Minimum bandwidth: 56 kbps
- WiFi connection recommended
- Minimum signal strength: -67 dBm
Install Dragon Copilot mobile
To install Dragon Copilot mobile:
- Search for Microsoft Dragon Copilot in the app store for your device and install it. Alternatively, open the Dragon Copilot (physicians) Overview page in Dragon admin center, select the link to your app store, and scan the provided QR code with your mobile device; install the app.
- Open the app and sign in with your credentials.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to grant permissions to the app, set up biometric authentication, and configure your profile.
Update Dragon Copilot mobile
If you enable automatic app updates on your mobile device, Dragon Copilot always updates automatically to the latest version.
To manually update Dragon Copilot, search for Microsoft Dragon Copilot in the app store for your device and select Update. You don't need to uninstall the currently installed version first.
