The following license enables Dragon Copilot capablities for nurses:

View your Dragon Copilot per-user licenses in Microsoft 365 admin center
You can view your Dragon Copilot (Nurse Per User) licenses at time of allocation, or on the Licenses tab in Microsoft 365 admin center and see an aggregate view across the organization. Once you purchase licenses and assign them to users, you can provision and configure Dragon Copilot in Dragon admin center.
