User engagement details dashboard

This dashboard provides information on how much nurses use Dragon Copilot, including trends in user adoption and consistency across key workflows.

Filters

Filter Description
Date range The time period you want to see data for. Selecting a partial week/month date range means that data is no longer displayed in full months/weeks.
Group by View data by day, week, month or quarter. Viewing a large date range by day can have a negative impact on exporting data, report performance and lengthen refresh times.
User Select one or more users to see data for.
Role The user role you want to see data for.
Unit The unit you want to see data for.
Engagement category Select a group of users to see data for based on how much they used Dragon Copilot in the selected time period.
License status The current usage status of the user license.
Options: Assigned – never used, Assigned – used at least once, Revoked.

User engagement summary

This table gives an overview of user activity for the selected time period and for the last 4 completed calendar weeks. Data for the last 4 weeks does not change according to the Date range or Group by filters.

Column Description
Display name The name shown for the user.
4 weeks ago The number of sessions that the user created 4 weeks ago. The cell colour indicates whether this user had high, medium, low or no engagement in this week.
3 weeks ago The number of sessions that the user created 3 weeks ago. The cell colour indicates whether this user had high, medium, low or no engagement in this week.
2 weeks ago The number of sessions that the user created 2 weeks ago. The cell colour indicates whether this user had high, medium, low or no engagement in this week.
Last week The number of sessions that the user created last week. The cell colour indicates whether this user had high, medium, low or no engagement last week.
Sessions The number of sessions that the user created in the selected time period.
Active days The number of days in the selected time period that the user created at least one session using ambient recording.
Avg sessions per active day The average number of sessions that the user created on active days in the selected time period.
Engagement category (selected period) The user’s engagement level based on the average number of sessions they created per active day in the selected time period.
Ambient hours The time that the user spent creating ambient documentation in the selected period.
Flowsheet values filed The number of flowsheets that the user filed during the selected time period.
License assigned (UTC) The date when the user’s license was assigned to them, shown in UTC.
License status The current usage status of the user license.
Last active (UTC) Most recent date and time the user had a recorded activity, shown in UTC.

Engagement patterns

These graphics show user engagement trends over time.

Graphic Description
Total active users Trend in the number of active users over the selected time period.
Total sessions Trend in the number of sessions created by users in the selected time period.
Session type distribution Trend in the number and type of sessions created by users in the selected time period.
Monologue sessions include only one speaker; Conversational sessions include more than one speaker.

User trend summary

This table gives a summary of key usage metrics for each user. You can use this data to monitor trends in user engagement. Select a row to see all information relevant to that user, including multiple role or unit assignments. Use the Metrics dropdown to select one or more metrics to focus on.

Column Description
Display name The name shown for the user.
License status The current usage status of the user license (Assigned - never used; Assigned - used at least once; Revoked).
Last active (UTC) Most recent date and time the user had a recorded activity, shown in UTC.
Days since last used Number of days between the Last active date and today's date.
Role The user role assigned to the user.
Unit The unit the user is assigned to.
Date range The count of each selected metric in each selected time period.
