Important

Enable the related tenants feature for tenant discovery. After calling this action, the isRelatedTenantsEnabled property of tenantGovernanceSetting is set to true, which allows the use of related tenant APIs.

Important

This action must be called before using any related tenant APIs. Related tenant APIs won't run successfully unless this feature is explicitly enabled.

This API is available in the following national cloud deployments.

Permissions

Choose the permission or permissions marked as least privileged for this API. Use a higher privileged permission or permissions only if your app requires it. Important

For delegated access using work or school accounts, the signed-in user must be assigned a supported Microsoft Entra role. Tenant Governance Administrator is the least privileged role supported for this operation.
