Delete the specified learningContent resource that represents the metadata of the specified provider's ingested content.

For a specific learning content based on its ID (primary key):

For a specific learning content based on its external ID (secondary key):

DELETE /employeeExperience/learningProviders/{learningProviderId}/learningContents(externalId='{externalId}')/$ref
