Business value
Batch stability testing helps organizations ensure consistent product quality over time, reduce compliance risk, and streamline testing processes through automation and better traceability.
Feature details
Ensure that your batch-controlled inventory is tested and retested on a predictable cadence by automating the generation of quality orders for batch stability testing. With this feature, you can:
- Use the new time-based generation type for quality associations to establish batch stability testing rules for each product.
- Define how often each batch must be retested and how wide an execution window operators have to complete each test.
- Set up a dedicated batch job that generates quality orders for each batch based on the defined testing schedule.
- Use the new batch stability testing workspace to get a comprehensive overview of where each batch stands: which batches are due for testing, which are approaching expiration, and which have slipped outside their execution window and need immediate attention.
Together, these capabilities help manufacturers test and retest batch-controlled inventory on a predictable cadence, catch quality issues before products ship, and preserve a complete testing history.
