Sales Qualification Agent in Dynamics 365 Sales now finds and auto-links a matching contact and account for each lead it researches, so it can process information not only from the lead but also from the linked records, which enhances research outcomes and improves customer interactions.

This feature is automatically enabled when you turn on Sales Qualification Agent in Dynamics 365 Sales.
As a seller, you see the following information on the lead insights page:
- Automatically linked contact and account information.
- Enriched information from linked accounts and contacts.
- The ability to de-link an auto-linked record and manually link another record if needed.
Sales Qualification Agent analyzes information across linked accounts and contacts for high effectiveness.
