Aged Receivables (Back Dating) (Power BI report)
APPLIES TO: Generally available in Business Central 2024 release wave 2 (version 25.1).
The Aged Receivables (Back Dating) report lets you analyze outstanding customer balances grouped by a customizable aging periods. You can age the report by posting date, due date, or document date. The report categorizes data by payment terms, so you can quickly align net terms with aging buckets for analysis. This technique lets you prioritize collection efforts and manage cash flow effectively.
Use the report

Finance administrators use the report to identify overdue invoices and prioritize collection efforts. By reviewing the aging buckets, you can focus on customers with significant outstanding balances that don't align with payment terms.
