Converts this SqlBoolean structure to SqlDouble.

Returns

A new SqlDouble structure whose value is 1 or 0. If the SqlBoolean structure's value equals true then the new SqlDouble structure's value is 1. Otherwise, the new SqlDouble structure's value is 0.
