This function determines whether the source control package is installed. Source control packages should always return S_OK and pbInstalled
= nonzero.

Parameters
- pbInstalled
- Int32
[out] Returns nonzero (true
) if the source control package is installed; otherwise, returns zero (false
). Source control packages should always set this to nonzero (true
).

Source control packages should always return S_OK.

This method is fully implemented only in the Visual Studio Source Control Stub, which acts as an intermediary between Visual Studio and all source control packages. All source control packages should always return S_OK and set pbInstalled
to nonzero.
