For example, when the project is first loaded, the project reference is unresolved, so the project system needs to refresh the reference to get it resolved. Additionally, when the reference project is changed, this flavored project also needs to refresh its project reference. The flavor should suppress any UI for this context to avoid confusing the user; instead the flavor can set a proper error message in the output parameter |
