'kid'is a hint indicating which key was used to secure the JWS. See: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7515#section-4.1.4 (JWS). See: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7516#section-4.1.6 (JWE).
If the 'kid' claim is not found, an empty string is returned.
