Remarks
Use the names of the related entities to query the EntityMap entity where the EntityMap.SourceEntityName attribute equals the referenced entity and the EntityMap.TargetEntityName attribute equals the referencing entity. Use the EntityMap.EntityMapId attribute value for the matching record.
