SCCM - Error 0x80070003 - Stuck on 0% downloading

We have  number of applications that stay on 0% downloading, there are the following errors in the log

CDTSJob::HandleErrors: DTS Job '{job_guid}' BITS Job '{bits_job_guid}' under user 'S-1-5-18' OldErrorCount 0 NewErrorCount 5 ErrorCode 0x80070003

I have seen there is a hotfix and we have rolled out to the latest version of SCCM 1706

This has not resolved the issue, any ideas?

can you check the CAS logs is there any error.

Hi,

    So your ConfigMgr version now is 1706, right?

    For this issue, have you tried to re-distribute the application content to your DP? Could you please also share the complete ContentTransferManager.log and DataTransferService.log on your client for further troubleshooting?
