Is there a way to create a view that will show how many “views” and ‘downloads” of documents in document library in SharePoint online?
Is there a better place (within office 365) for us to store videos than in a library if we wish to see how many people are viewing or viewed them?
I have tried Most Popularity Trends feature but that is only giving views of document but not download information.

Hello Likitha,
Auditing for Opening or downloading documents is not available for SharePoint Online because of storage and performance concerns.
However you can use Office Security and Compliance center to find this information.
- Go to https://protection.office.com.
- Sign in to Office 365 using your account.
- Open Search & investigation.
For other types of Audit logs like Edit,Delete etc you can also use SharePoint Audit log settings:

Videos:
Office 365 Stream (Office 365 Videos previously) is the product from MS to create and store videos. All audit reports are available there.
