Hi,
You could perform a clean boot and disable the Firewall and security software.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows
Then check if you already configured the desktop for File and Printer sharing.
Control Panel>Network and Sharing Center>Change advanced sharing settings>Private>Turn on file and printer sharing
Also enable SMB 1.0 on Windows 10 and Windows 7.

Hi,
After you perform a clean boot and disable the Firewall and security software.
You could try the steps below to check
1. Go to Control Panel
Go to Credential Manager on each Windows 7 machine on the network
Under Windows Credentials, type in the name of each machine, username and password
2. Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP:
Go to “Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections”.
Right-Click on the connection and choose Properties.
Click “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Version 4” in the list.
Click Properties, and then click Advanced.
On the Advanced TCP/IP settings windows, go to “WINS” tab.
Under NetBIOS setting, click “Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP”, and then click OK.
3. Using the command “netsh winsock reset” and “netsh int ip reset” to check.
Error code: 0x80070035. The network path was not found.
