Question

Hello,
There looks to have been a recent change to how images are displayed / URLs generated when an image is shared for "anyone" to see.
Previously the URL would display only the image, but now the URL OneDrive creates links to an image viewer page with a tool bar layer over the top (with buttons for download, share, delete, version history, etc).
This change has impacted my ability to display images through PowerBI. Previously (and for older images on OneDrive) the Power BI visual displayed the image at the URL OneDrive generated after "sharing" for "anyone" and copying the link. But now, it does not work.
Is there a way for me to get the OneDrive URL for ONLY the image without any "Download" or other button over the top of the image?
My workaround is to upload my images to an external image hosting site. But this is not ideal.
Thanks,
Adam.

Are you referring to OneDrive or OneDrive for Business? Is there a reason you cannot just place your images on a SharePoint site with everyone read, or at worst, on a 3rd party site like imgur.com?
