Restrict user to access Display Setting only under Settings App

User can configure various settings using the new Win 10 Settings App but we would like to disable all of them and only allow the change of resolution (display setting). We have tried several options but it seems that we can only disable the whole settings app.

I think you’d like to see a picture like this:

If so, the method is easy, just configure some GPOs.

Open group policy editor, go to User Configuration->Administrative Templates->Control Panel->Personalization, then enable required GPOs, such as Prevent changing desktop background, Prevent changing color and appearance etc.. After this, return Control Panel directory, click Display, enable Disable the Display Control Panel.
