Hello,
I just finished using my Azure for studnts subscription, and my subscription is now disabled. I tried to upgrade my subscription, following the instructions on the website here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/upgrade-azure-subscription but I don't see the upgrade subscription button. How can I upgrade my subscription? I really do not want my files to be deleted, as they took a very long time to generate.

Thanks for reaching out to us!
Are you trying to upgrade to Azure free account or Azure for student starter account or Pay-As-You-Go?
FYI: Ideally you have to add a credit card and remove the spending limit to upgrade the subscription.
Could you please share the screenshot of the portal that you're trying for upgrading the subscription?
