Question

We have a Windows 2012 cluster in our environment. I created the cluster under my Domain admin account & the problem i am seeing is none of my fellow colleagues are able to acces or view the cluster from "Failover Cluster Manager". They get an access denied message. My colleagues dont have a Domain Admin account but they are members of a security group called "DesktopSupport".
I have verified the Cluster Properties, they have been granted full access. Also i ran the below powershell command to confirm that other folks who are part of "DesktopSupport" Security Group have full access.
Pls advise how to fix this issue ?

Hi,
From the result of get-clusteraccess, as you said the users should have permission to access the failover cluster.
Please first check server service and see if it is enabled correctly. Please refer to this article for detailed information:
Unable to manage cluster using failover cluster manager. Error Received: "Connection to the cluster is not allowed since you are not an administrator on the cluster node(s) "
