Question

I'm using Outlook 2013 with an Exchange account. On one of the computers where the Exchange Account is set up, I have a client-side rule to automatically copy a message of every message that I send to my Inbox folder. The issue that I have is that every copy of the messages that I send do not appear in the Inbox folder with my name as the sender, but rather I get this in the sender field:
/O=EXCHANGELABS/OU=EXCHANGE ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=A9ED7C7DCDA1450581D6D0B072F4A73F-VICTOR
The original message in the "Sent items" folder does not have this issue: it shows my name in the sender field.
Another fact to mention is that I have Outlook set up on another computer with the same client-side rule and the sent messages are copied without issues.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Please redownload the OAB (Offline Address Book) from Send/Receive > Send/Receive Groups > Download Address book...
Or we may totally test the behavior in a new creating Outlook profile:

Let me know the result. Thanks.
