Hello Manjeera Kethireddy,

Azure offers several options for anti-virus solutions and it is the customer responsibility to manage it. Please check this document that details shared responsibility on IaaS workloads.

Please see this document for Securing applications running on Azure VM's.

Azure security center is another way to get visibility into your Linux VM security settings and helps monitoring of threats.

Microsoft Anitmalware for Azure is not supported in Linux. Please check this link for more information.
