Windows Hello for Business -Your credentials could not be verified.

Question

Tuesday, January 29, 2019 10:01 AM

Hi

We are just piloting Windows Hello for Business and have setup the using the Key-Trust model, which seems fine, the test user was added to the group and when they logged in it asked them to Set a PIN, which they did and it said successfully, but they can't unlock/login with the PIN or Face - it just says Your credentials could not be verified. Any ideas where to look next?

It has been more than 30 mins.

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, it appears upgrading to the latest version of Azure AD Connect fixed the issue.
