The Bitlocker encryption key could not be obtained from the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) and enhanced PIN. Try using a PIN containing only numerals. C: was not encrypted.

I tried to encrypt my organizational notebook HP 440 G4 which when I encrypt is ask me to restart PC and after restart there is no prompt for entering password and it comes directly to windows.

On Windows I tried to clear TPM from TPM.msc, I asked me to restart, after restart it ask me to press F1, after starting to windows start encrypting again but there is no password prompt and when windows starts following password "The Bitlocker encryption key could not be obtained from the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) and enhanced PIN. Try using a PIN containing only numerals. C: was not encrypted."

When I check active directory I can find key in Active Directory Computer Account properties.

Try to update BIOS and check again.

I meet a similar case before, look at this case and try the marked answer.
