Getting an error when installling VS2010 SP1

Hello, I have windows 7 and I just installed visual studio 2010 but SP1 will not install just keeps giving me an error

KB2736182 does not apply, or is blocked by another condition on your computer.  Please see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=225649 for more details.

I'm I doing anything wrong, I dont know how to stop this from happening I really need to install SP1. Thank you

KB2736182 is an update to Visual Studio 2010 SP1 Test Tools with compatibility fixes for Windows 8 and Visual Studio 2012.

To obtain Visual Studio 2010 SP1, visit the following Microsoft website:

Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1

If the issue persists, I need your help to collect the complete VS installation log. Please use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.zip under %temp% folder. Please upload the file to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.
