Question

First, I hope I put it in words correctly. Second, I hope my question is not silly! I have no issue to setup VPN connection in Windows 10, it has User name and Password optional but when I tried to connect, it always prompts for user name and password. I have to put in User Name and Password in order to go further. Is there anyway to by-pass user name and password when I make a vpn connection?
My goal is to make internet surfing safe. Is there a similar apps like vpn to make surfing safe and free? Sorry, low budget! thanks.

Hi ThangMo,
If you are using the official VPN, we could try to setup it here(Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center\Setup a new or network connection\Connect to a workspace). Ensure the "Remember my credentials" option are ticked. Once the connection is established, we should get a credential saved in the "Credential manager" and we shouldn`t be notified to input the password next time we try to connect to the VPN from the UI.
Best regards

Hi ThangMo,
for really safe browsing - personally - I wouldn't rely on free VPN providers. Usually there's no free lunch ;-)
For your VPN connection credential prompts it depends on the server you want to connect to. If you need a free solution, have a look at https://www.torproject.org/. However, the speed might be slower than you would expect.
I hope this helps!
Best,
Sebastian
