Another user on this device uses this Microsoft account, so you can't add it here

I have changed microsoft account password and removed all trusted devices. After that I tried to add microsoft account on my Laptop but following message pops up and i am unable to link my device to my microsoft account. "Another user on this device uses this Microsoft account, so you can't add it here"

Hi,

 

Please open the Computer Management, and go to System Tools /Local Users and Groups /Users, check if there is any hidden account there. If exits, right click the un-hide it and login to check if there is any problems.
