Missing MSVCR.dll for Windows 10

All the responses I see to this issue - do not include one for a Windows 10 user.  Please help!

Hi ,

This file is a type of DLL file associated with Windows 10 developed by Microsoft for the Windows Operating System. This issue could occur if the dll file might have gone corrupted or not installed successfully. Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio from the Official Microsoft website. Install it once download. This step will replace the old corrupted dll file in most cases. Please post back with the results, we will be glad to assist you further.
