how to check hearbeat IP address of windows server 2012 r2 cluster

Heartbeat is one of the functions that occurs on the NIC assigned to cluster communication. Look at your assigned NICs in your cluster. Any NIC configured for cluster communication could be creating heartbeat traffic.

Thanks for your question.
Yes, Tim's right. We could check this article (http://www.msserverpro.com/best-practices-setting-hyper-v-cluster-networks-windows-server-2016/), and access to the FCM console to check the cluster network. Any NIC which we "allow cluster network communication on this network" could allow to carry the cluster heartbeat traffic. Additionally, both check or uncheck "Allow clients to connect through this network".
Furthermore, we could check the TabControls "Networks" in the console to inspect the Cluster IP configuration.
