I did not update to Windows 10, but bought a new computer 2 weeks ago with Windows 10 already on it. So, no updating from previous Windows versions.
Today, two errors began happening that have never happened before: suddenly my mouse won't move and I have to restart everything (Ctrl+Alt+Del doesn't bring anything up), which happens completely randomly. And now the wireless adapter apparently doesn't work. The troubleshooting window says "The Qualcomm Atheros AR956x Wireless Network Adapter adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems."
Maybe these are related to a driver update?

Hi Dianarz,
What is the machine model?
"The cWireless Network Adapter adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems."
According to the error message, it should be related to driver or hardware, please check the Wireless Network Adapter’s state in device manager.
Please manually download and install the last version of Wireless Network Adapter’s driver from manufacturer website. Then boot in safe mode with network to check wireless adapter again.

Might be:
- Hardware error
- Virus (do you allow Windows update to update the built-in antivirus?)
Try this:
Shut off the computer, remove the battery and let it stay off for like 10 minutes. Insert the battery again and start.
Better?
