0x8007174b failed to bring cluster disk online

Hi,

My environment:

Server : Windows Server 2012
SQL Server 2012 Availability Group

I have 2 node Cluster under SQL Server 2012 Availability group working fine. Today i tried to add third DR node. Run Cluster validation test and it was success and then add node to cluster.

Ones the node added to cluster, Disk from Node 2 and node 3 got offline. I tried to bring them from cluster and from disk management but no success, tried to restart server node 2 and 3 but no luck.

Secondly under disk owner Node is node-1 for both disk. is this issue or something else.

Pls tell what is issue and how to fix it.

firstly install this on all the cluster nodes: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2784261/en-us

Also shut down the cluster service and disable the clster disk driver and see if you can see the disk after a reboot.
