I get a message: This device can't use the TPM. Your administrator must set the "allow BitLocker without a compatible TPM" option in the Required additional authentication at startup policy for OS volumes.
This does not help me, as I am not very literate in techy stuff.

Hi,
Just as Ronald Schilf said, you can set the Group Policy to turn on BitLocker without TPM.
