Hi all,
Is there really no way to generate a nice looking HTML auto reply on a shared mailbox without having Outlook open?
Like:
"Thank you for your e-mail.
We will reply within 2 hours.
Bla. bla. bla. bla."

I wanted a nice looking auto reply with links and images and I solved it by doing this:
1) Logged in to Windows ==> Outlook and opened up "rules"
2) Created a new rule that replied to ALL messages and chose to let the server reply with a specified message (important to not do anything else with the rule, as it then requires Outlook/the client to be running to process the rule).

Should be no difference, compare with other normal mailbox. Just use the "Automatic Replies" option in Outlook.
