Hi Dale,

Check the solution provided by liaquatZaman in this similar thread:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_install-winpc/installation-of-samsung-all-share-on-windows-10/b6c733f1-1d37-42de-bbce-68b3648719c9

"

Windows 10 and ALLSHARE installation

1. DOWNLOAD & Store on your C: Drive root

copy the Allshare installer file (download from Samsung) to the root of your C: Drive

(drag and drop using file explorer)

(I find it helpful to also rename to "ALLSHARE" reducing the name when I run it in step 5.)

2.LOCATE CMD.EXE on your PC

Using Explorer - navigate to the following directory location :

* This PC\MyComputer

* Windows

* System32

3.SET CMD.EXE to RUN AS ADMIN

Find the CMD executable :

* CMD

Right click the CMD executable and select "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR"

4.Navigate to C:\ using Command prompt

When you are presented with a Command Prompt screen - Type in "CD \ (Without the " ")

You will note the prompt changes to C:\

5. Run ALLSHARE in Command window (as Admin)

Type in the name of the Allshare installer file you had copied to C:\ (as I had called it ALLSHARE (step 1) - I typed in ALLSHARE and pressed return)

The installer will now start and run

Accept defaults

Click YES to allow UAC to run.

This absolutely worked for me when trying to load DLink software for a camera. Thank you very much. The lingering question for me though is "Why?"

Maybe the data of FilterAdministratorTokens key in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System is "1".

Set it to "0".
