Hi ,
"Service File Name: C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\RTCore64.sys"
The event message indicates that it is related to MSI Afterburner driver file RTCore64.sys. Please uninstall it to have a try at first. Then, considering it is caused by none of the configured DNS servers responded, we could manually configure a static public DNS server address on this computer, such as 8.8.8.8, check if it helps.
In addition, I found a similar case for reference. Some user fix this issue by modifying registry. If the issue persists, please click it for detailed information. Please backup the registry key before we made any modifications to it.
