Where are new Windows 10 ADMX available for App Privacy GPO's?

The website above indicates that there are new Windows 10 Group Policies coming out.

I have downloaded the ADMX for Windows 10 dated Aug (the only I can find on MS website) however it is missing the new policies outlined in the document above. There is no "App Privacy" option in the Aug versions.

We are deploying Windows 10 in the Enterprise next week and we really need these new policies. Thank You.

Apply the Group Policy: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > App Privacy > Let Windows apps access the microphone
Set the Select a setting box to Force Deny.

I installed the ADMX at the link provided but there is still no option for App Privacy that shows up in GPMC. Other Windows 10 settings show up, just not these ones.
